Formula 86 Records Presents Esbee & Caught Inside live at Valhalla with Debt Club.
Caught Inside are ecstatic to bring to Te Whanganui-a-Tara to present blistering live performances of songs from their latest EP, 5 STAR SHAG, as part of their debut Tour of Te Ika a Maui with an exciting co-headline bill with Esbee. Caught Inside's new EP is the culmination of the band’s past few years in the capital city, drawing musically on their captivating live energy honed amongst other emerging Wellington acts while also being introspective and reflective. Caught Inside's live shows are never to be missed, and, following a huge start to 2023 that featured performances at CubaDupa and San Fran, the final stop of the 5 STAR SHAG Tour promises to be a night to remember.
Esbee is a genre-bending rock band based in Pōneke. Led by dynamic vocalist and guitarist Alex Scott-Billing the band’s music is characterized by intricate rhythms, soaring melodies, and a rich harmonic palette that draws from rock, soul and jazz traditions. With a sound that is polished yet raw, Esbee is quickly becoming a fixture in the local music scene and are currently preparing to release their first record later this year.
Debt Club are a new Pōneke 5-piece that capture the raw live essence of contemporary indie and alt rock and cohesively blend that with an introspective and pertinent folk rock and alt-country feel.
