The Last Minute Tour: Tessa De Lyon and Timothy Blackman

Home Alone Music are happy to announce a small and last-minute run of shows for Tessa de Lyon and Timothy Blackman, in March 2025.

The Last Minute tour will take the talents of the two artists up the North Island, with shows in Tāmaki Makaurau and Kirikiriroa. Tessa de Lyon (also of Mystery Waitress), will be performing piano songs from her debut album Tessa’s Album, which was released on Home Alone in November 2024. Timothy Blackman will be sharing new guitar songs, before they are released.

Tessa and Tim have been egging each other on creatively for years – playing various instruments in each other’s bands, and swapping CDs from artists such as Joanna Newsom and Bill Callahan. The shows on the Last Minute tour will embody this spirit of collaboration, with performances as a duo featuring alongside solo performances. Both artists will be supported by the percussion of Hikurangi Schaverien-Kaa.
