Geoff Ong 'Diverging Lines' EP Release Show

To celebrate the release of his new EP Diverging Lines, Geoff Ong is bringing his full band to Ponsonby Social Club for a special one-night-only show. Featuring wavy cassette tape textures, electric guitars, and lush 80s synth vibes, Diverging Lines explores nostalgia, loss, friendships, and the ever-changing seasons of life. This will be a high-energy, heartfelt performance—expect big hooks, soaring melodies, and a room full of voices singing along.

Opening the night is Valere, the musical project of award-winning songwriter Shana Graham. With her latest EP Gold Dust earning praise from Rolling Stone AUS/NZ, RNZ, and NZ Musician, Valere brings an intimate and soulful presence to the stage. Her music is a reflection on love, loss, and resilience, making her the perfect complement to the night.
