Model Home is a Christchurch, New Zealand quartet founded in 2018 bringing
their localised take on midwest emo. Following on from their self-titled
2019 EP, the debut album ...And Nobody Made A Sound was released in
2023 on Papaiti Records (NZ) / False Peak Records (AU) and landed at #8
in the NZ Albums chart, #3 on the Independent Music NZ Albums chart with
three singles charting on the Student Radio Network Top 10 as well as
the Radioscope NZ Alternative airplay charts. After a busy summer
including a national tour to promote the album as well as supporting Mom
Jeans (US) and appearing at Camp A Low Hum 2024, they are currently
writing for their sophomore release.
