Featuring kiwi music icons Mike Harding and Gumboot Tango, Janet Muggeridge & Dave Murphy, long-standing Auckland bluesman Neil Finlay and Tui award-winning troubadour Adam McGrath, Ballads to Blues ‘25 promises to be a one-out-of-the-box folk event for 2025.
Houseband, the Dunedin Ceilidh Orchestra will glue the evening together with their infectious tunes..
Add to this the first ever ANZFA Folk Music Awards Ceremony; six finalists competing for a range of awards: Best Folk Album 2024 (as voted for by ANZFA members) Best Traditional, Original, Kiwiana and Americana albums judged by an ANZFA-appointed panel.
