Len Blake is an emerging kiwi artist based between Aotearoa and London. Len treads the lines between genres, merging pop, indie and RnB with soulful vocals and builds emotional worlds in her music, with a commitment to honest and relatable lyricism.
She quickly made waves in the Aotearoa music scene after she independently released her debut EP ‘Honey Blood’ in 2021, with Nikau Te Huki (Casual Healing) before travelling over to the UK to immerse herself in the sounds that have inspired her music since the beginning. She hit the ground running and has since worked with a range of UK producers, including Jimmy Hogarth (Amy Winehouse, Corinne Bailey Rae), Jordan Rakei, Charlie J Perry (Jorja Smith), John Foyle (Sampha, FKA Twigs) and Tobie Tripp (Tom Misch). Len released her Waiata Anthem “Te Piringa” in 2023 with Nikau Te Huki and “Like That”, her debut UK release. Len’s first release of 2024 was “Lost in Comfort”, co-written and produced by Jordan Rakei followed by her latest single ‘Better Now’ (Josh Fountain).
Len can't wait to showcase her new live set incorporating her debut EP songs with newly released singles and some unreleased tunes! She'll be joined by the talented Ben Stewart (MD and Keys), Zane Hawkins (Bass) and Lennox Grootjans (Drums). See you there xxx
