Garcia's Grooves - Tribute to Nubya Garcia

Hear the fresh sounds of Nubya Garcia's compositions in a concert celebrating this genre-bending genius of modern jazz. The Nubya Quartet are honoured to share a dynamic performance of Garcia’s most iconic tracks amongst the splendour of the beautiful architecture and stained-glass of Wellington’s original ‘jazz church’, St Peter’s on Willis Street.

The Wellington Nubya Quartet of Evie Patterson - tenor sax, Theo Thompson - guitar, Darcy Monteath - bass and Kin Banda-Moyes - drums will share with you Nubya Garcia’s great tunes.
