Foundation Fest is a one-day music festival featuring a lineup of Hardcore, Punk & Metal bands
from Auckland, Hamilton & Wellington

Dredge:
For fans of Metallica in 1996,
thats all you need to know, get in the pit!!!!

Martial Law:
Martial Law is a hardcore band from Kirikiriroa, with influences ranging from late 80s to early 90s hardcore such as Gorilla Biscuits and Youth of Today all the way to the modern era with bands like Gel, End it and Turnstile.

Gravel Pit:
Hailing from the Hutt Valley, Hardcore punks Gravel Pit have been grinding since their first show in late 2018. With two EPs and a split 7” with Wolves under their belts, the band’s evolution continues with the recent addition of Luke Weston (Standover / bodysiege) on Bass and Vocals.

Brawler:
NZHC with Heavy hitting riffs, aggressive vocals and raw lyrics
Brawler has set out to make their own style of Beatdown Hardcore

Drop Off Point:
With 90s NYHC riffs and singalongs these guys always bring intensity to any set they play
with Mikey on vocals telling everyone to circle pit the crowd is always on the move with the heavy 2 step riffs and invite all the crew to get up on stage with them and sing the lyrics

Standover:
Violent metallic hardcore featuring members of Forced To Submit, Damaged, Demonstrate, Saving Grace, and Vicissitude.
Standover released the demo tape “NO SPACE IS SAFE” in 2023 supported by a number of shows across New Zealand featuring an explosive appearance at FULL NOISE fest in Auckland.
The new year saw the band play the monumental SUMMER OF HARDCORE and supporting crossover thrash legends DRI in Wellington.

Pressure:
4 piece heavy hardcore band straight outta bridge city with breakdowns and 2 steps that are sure to get the pit moving

Two Skinner:
Tauranga's very own sonic swamp monsters, Two Skinner. Double guitars churn out heavy blues riffs, while drums pummell your guts and vocals unleash a gravel-throated roar in your face. Swamp punk bringing you a full-moon mosh pit baptism in pure fury.
