Wildfire Fundraiser Show For Chile

Hi dear friends!

Not sure if you have heard about the wildfires in Chile (similar to what happened in Hawaii) where thousands of people lost everything and many others died or still unaccounted for. You can read more about it by searching 'Valparaiso, Chile on fire'

Well, we want to help from here, as many of us came from this long country called Chile, where we still have lots of friends and family. Therefore we have organised a Latin rock night to fundraise money, that we will collect from the entry, to go to Chilean families.

We are not putting an obligatory charge as entry, but are recommending $5 for concession and $10 waged, or whatever you can donate to this cause.

There will be local artists presenting their music. Most of the performances are in Spanish, or the bands have latin American members.

At the gig we have playing:
MAMALOUDER, indie rock (kiwi band with members from NZ, Mexico and Chile)
LOS PUNKYS, punk rock in castellano (spanish). (mix between Canada, Mexico, Chile and Germany)
KALETTA, latin rock (mix members from Chile, Salvador, Argentina, Colombia)
Raul, hip hop from Chile.
Oter, solo performance indie rock from Argentina.
and Also will be an awesome DJ of rock DESKIWOZIADO, from the Canary Islands.

We will try to make it as fun as possible, and there might be some draws to give away vouchers and prizes for those present.

Also, we want to say a Big THANKS to Moon bar in Newtown who is helping us to make it happen supporting us with the space, sounds, etc! the best bar of Wellington!
