Our intention for this fundraiser is to provide education surrounding the issue of sexual assault, keep the conversation going, manifest hope, and demonstrate that it is possible to provide safe gig spaces for people. It’s your right to feel safe in New Zealand’s nightlife. It’s time to Reclaim The Night.

S.A.M.E NZ will have a safety system in place that is designed to reduce the likelihood of the toxic behaviors occurring so prevalently within the gig scene. We will also provide appropriate assistance with a trained safety team for those who need it throughout the event.
