Can't find my ticket

You can get a list of all your tickets by logging into Undertheradar.co.nz, clicking on 'My UTR' (top right) then 'My Tickets'.

Alternatively we have apps for iPhone and Android here (undertheradar.co.nz/apps) where you can sign in with your UTR login to access your tickets.

If you are still having trouble, please fill in the form below:

Promoters
Remove a ticket from displaying: Adjust the start or end date of the ticket tier via the Promoter Monitor.
Change a ticket price: We can't change price once selling, but you can expire your current ticket tier and add a new one. If none sold yet contact UTR.
Cancel Event/Stop sales: Update the end date of your ticket expiry to now, to have it off sale. Then contact us below to notify ticket holders.
When will my gig be live? Please allow 24-48 hours. Make sure you have a poster and have accepted all relevant Ts and Cs
Where do I edit my gig? Visit the Gig Manager here https://www.undertheradar.co.nz/utr/usersGigManager to edit details.
When will I be paid? The next working day after your event takes place.
Where do I enter my bank details? Visit the ticket monitor here https://www.undertheradar.co.nz/tix and enter your account number under the Settlement page.


Vouchers
Let us know your voucher ID and what event you are after and we can issue a ticket. You can pay extra if total is more, else there will be change left on voucher if less.

App
Login issues - Please note we have 2 apps. A General One to display your purchased tickets, and a Promoter app if you are selling tickets.
Refunds or Transfers
Refunds only available for postponed or cancelled shows.

We're encouraging ticket holders to consider supporting artists and organisers by opting to hold onto tickets and opting out of refunds 🙏

You are also welcome to onsell or gift your ticket to a friend. We can update the name on the ticket if wanted (request below although not required) and email through an updated copy.
