We're on the hunt for some new contributors to join the UTR team, particularly photographers. Spread the word, and for anyone out there that is interested here's some deets...

Photographers:
If you have access to a decent camera and love going to gigs, we want to hear from you. We are particularly interested in hearing from people who are keen to cover local shows. Contact us with some examples of your work or for a trial assignment.

Album and Live Reviewers:
Experience isn't a necessity, it's more important that you have an interest in writing, a passion for music (particularly local releases), and an enthusiasm to cover shows/releases outside the mainstream. If you have some examples of writing work (no essays please!) get in touch, if not we can give you a trial assignment.

Interviewers:
We need a couple writers to conduct regular interviews with local musicians and music-related folk - if this sounds like a bit of you, get in touch

Editorial assistant/intern:
We are looking to take on an editorial intern at our Auckland-based office - someone who has an interest in music journalism and attends gigs regularly. The duration and hours of the internship are negotiable, but ideally we are looking for someone who could come into the office a couple of mornings a week. If interested, please get in touch and tell us a bit about yourself, what music you're into, and include examples of your writing (again, no essays please).

Our contributors are really important to us and while we can't pay $$$ we do our best to provide albums and concert tickets.
