Video: Mice on Stilts - Binocular Bath
Tuesday 14th January, 2014 11:11AM
Mice on Stilts are an eight-piece Auckland band who create, in their own words, "folk dripping with free jazz and psychedelia". They've just shared the video for 'Binocular Bath' which is a single from their 2013 EP An Ocean Held Me and indeed: the clip features the ocean holding a group of naked people in its moody, ominous grasp. Directed by seminal New Zealand fashion photographer David Shields, the beautifully-shot clip follows said women as they travel from a the depths of a native forest into the ocean's great expanse (via some naked sand dune-surfing, just casually), and you can check it out below.
