Half Hexagon Share Single / Video 'Shadow' From New 'EP 2'

Tāmaki Makaurau sonic travellers Half Hexagon put the finishing touch on their long-awaited EP 2 with today's single 'Shadow'. Charging out the gate with electronically pulse-pounding new wave / motorik energy, the super-trio of Yolanda Fagan (Na Noise, Echo Ohs), Julien Dyne (The Circling Sun, Opensouls) and James Milne (Lawrence Arabia) proceed to furrow deep into time-warping territory. Fagan's haunting utterances / shrieks and Milne's angelic backing croon reverberate out into astral dimensions, as Dyne's perpetual motion rhythms phase in and out of reality, until only a ghost of the group remains.

Directed by Milne (Director of Photography for our LIVE MUSIC BAR series), edited by Hugh Sundae and made with support from NZ On Air, the accompanying clip captures the band in all their live glory, simultaneously serving as an alternate version of 'Shadow'.
