Not in fact a tribute to the lead funnyman of Wayne's World and Austin Powers, but in actuality referring to the masked star of John Carpenter's 1978 template for slasher flicks Halloween, 'Michael Myers's Lament (I Don't Want To Kill This Halloween)' is the rowdy opener to Thee Golden Geese's seasonal new Honkoween II EP. The 95bFM top ten hitmakers have two more spooky numbers for you in their terrifying sack of tunes, a hi-NRG cover of 'I got stood up by the creature from the black lagoon and all I got was this lousy t-shirt' by fellow Tāmaki punks Cootie Cuties and the insta-catchy hall of mirrors rugpull of 'No Trick Or Treat'.
