The Mighty Aotearoa Alternative Awards 2024 Nominees Announced

Dynamically rebranded for 2024 onwards as The Mighty Aotearoa Alternative Awards following three magnificent years as the Student Radio Network Awards, the full list of nominees for this year has been announced to all. The MAAAs (yes 'Mighty' is indeed part of the new official title, find out why HERE) recognise the finest and most beloved tunes gracing the SRN airwaves over the past twelve months "without a dollar sign or statistic in sight" — encompassing 95bFM, Radio Control 99.4FM, RadioActive 88.6FM, RDU 98.5FM, and Radio One 91FM.

Without a doubt Aotearoa's most inclusive and sonically adventurous nationwide awards, 2024's TMAAAs presentation ceremony is taking place on Saturday 2nd November, viewable live from 7pm via srn.nz — brought to you with support from NZ On Air and a heavenly host of category sponsors.
