Grecco Romank Unveil Lyric Video For 'Sidetracked' ft. Our Carlson

As we wave a teary goodbye to Tāmaki Makaurau's cosy and much-loved The Wine Cellar and Backroom, St. Kevin's Arcade's underground venue hub is mutating into something new and massive. Double Whammy! welcome us all into the expanded plus-sized space this Saturday with a suitably mega lineup for their Grand Opening Party, starring Dbldbl, Na Noise, Dick Move, FILTH and everybody's favourite dancefloor deviants Grecco Romank.

Unleashing their new single upon unsuspecting fans yesterday, the super city trio today deliver a knockout visual follow through for 'Sidetracked', a mind / body-scrambling, butt-kicking breakcore collaboration with Australian drawler Our Carlson. Politically engaged in its own snarling way — "I tried to write an anthem to save our kind and planet / But I guess I got sidetracked" — Grecco Romank come across like an unruly antipodean Atari Teenage Riot on the track, spitting out lines like "Ramraid / Powerade / Sippin on a hand grenade / Apprehended underage / At your uncle’s garage rave".

They've also made a lyric video for the trans-Tasman Unklecore tune, that you can sing along with while waving your special edition Grecco Romank Piss Lighter ("Buy one and get the free musical track 'Sidetracked' with which to set your soul on fire") proudly in the air as the world burns.
