Envisaged as "a night of both new beginnings and nostalgia at Old Folks Association," Sweet Home Collective are humbly calling Homesickness a gig, but it's more like a mini-festival of top quality Tāmaki Makaurau talent in our eyes. The lineup includes 2024 Silver Scroll finalist P.H.F, songwriting spellbinder Roy Irwin (who was spinning hot tunes at The Wine Cellar's last ever show on Saturday), post-punks Ringlets, the always dynamite Cindy, Salt Water Criminals and Preacher, plus rising stars Elliot & Vincent have just been announced to be playing as well. The Saturday extravaganza starts nice and early at 6pm on 24th August and is open to all-ages — "Join us in celebrating home and the things you have right in front of you"...
