Joe Ghatt Announces 'Caper' Album Release Tour + Shares Single / Video 'Orange October'
Sorcerer of the six-string, Joe Ghatt is embarking on a nationwide tour this winter, celebrating his first new studio record since 2019's Banana Sludge. He's just dropped samba-sultry new single ‘Orange October’, the latest tune revealed from his upcoming sophomore album Caper, out in full on 14th June (preorder HERE) via TESR, Echodelick Records (USA) and Six Tonne de Chair (France). Raised in Nelson and now based in Tāmaki Makaurau, Ghatt follows a citrusy rolling ball through sun-fried realms of rural bliss ("I'm alright with just bop boppin along") in the new accompanying clip produced by Itchy Bones Media. With four stops planned with his four-piece band, the van will be swaying left and right as it heads way north starting from Ōtautahi on 28th June. Let’s wait and see which friends are coming to open the tour...
