Carb On Carb Announce 'Take Time' Album Release Tour + Unveil Single 'I Know The End 2'
Aotearoa emo-punks Carb On Carb have announced a mega Australasia tour to commemorate their third and upcoming long player Take Time, out 17th May via Papaiti Records. Singer / guitarist Nicole Gaffney and singer / drummer James Stutely (How Get) will treat local fans to four nights — plus five across the ditch, some with Sun Run — of tunes with the warm sustenance of complex carbohydrates. Today, the duo also share final single and album closer, 'I Know The End 2', crystallising clangy sound waves into an empowering narrative that seeks to look beyond the "mistakes of the past" and endure to resolve the next, featuring Stutely on lead vocals "for the first time in ages".
Having played in more than seventy cities in their globe-spanning career thus far, Carb On Carb will next be supporting their rackety pals REPAIRS at their sophomore album launch show in Kirikiriroa next Friday before embarking on their own tour. Along the way will be special guests Dale Kerrigan, Hōhā, Model Home, This Dog, Welcomer, Fish, Pining Radiata and Our Beloved Ditch, sharing the stage with the unstoppable touring aces...
