The Stripp Announce North Island Tour with Ratso
Melbourne's garage rockin' hellcats The Stripp are exploding onto North Island stages in late October, bringing their grunty riffs and untamed yowls to Auckland, Wellington, Leigh and Hamilton. With the debut album Ain't No Crime To Rock 'n' Roll and new Get High EP under their studded belts, The Stripp are the high energy four-piece of Bek Taylor (vocals, guitar), Jason Zeke (guitar, vocals), Matt Brown (bass, vocals) and drummer Alex Dawson. Road-hardened veterans of the stage (including gigs with Aotearoa's The Cavemen), it's well past time for The Stripp to jump the ditch. Kicking off with a gig alongside Portland's outlaw country / western stars Jenny Don't & The Spurs, they'll be joined for the ride by our very own Ratso, hand-picked supports for Jack White's recent South Island jaunt. Here's the tour details, brought to you by Clean Dirt...
