Vorsen Announce 'A World On Fire' Nationwide Tour

An artist whose impact and enduring influence on Aotearoa music has been no less than monumental, John Halvorsen's (The Gordons, Bailterspace) new project Vorsen have announced a six date A World On Fire tour — kicking off for two shows this month then reactivating in September. The first gig is this Saturday within the subterranean surrounds of Karangahape Road's Whammy Bar, where Halvorsen with bassist Hayden Ellis and drummer Steve Cochrane will be joined by a rare performance from underground legends Celine (the four-piece of Rob Lundon, Andrew Moon, David Coventry and Kirsten T Smith). Yet to release any official material to the public (aside from the tantalising recent live clip below), the only way you can currently hear Vorsen is to go experience them in the flesh at the following dates...
