Mini Simmons Announce 'Make Up' Album Release Tour
Hailing from Tamaki Makaurau, blues / rock five-piece Mini Simmons have announced a release tour happening throughout the month of April for their forthcoming new album Make Up. The group released their EP Whiskey and The Witch in 2017 and followed it up in 2019 with their debut, self-titled album which propelled them to widespread acclaim, garnering praise from Classic Rock Magazine for lead single ‘A Way With Murder.’ They've since firmly established themselves as a popular high energy live act, releasing numerous singles throughout 2020 to 2022, including 'Silver Cigarette Case' and 'Railroad For Two'. Recorded over eight months at Tamaki Makaurau’s Roundhead with Paddy Hill, Make Up launches on April the 5th. Looking noticeably glam in their poster, we haven't heard any official new tunes from group's sophomore studio record yet, but punters can rest assured Mini Simmons are "back with the rock & roll circus whether you demanded it or not" — grip the tour details below...

Press release:
Mini Simmons have a new album.
Make Up.
And this April they’re back with the rock & roll circus whether you demanded it or not.
Known for a theatrical, loads-of-nonsense live show, the Tāmaki Makaurau 5-piece have spent the past eight months beautifying their second helping under the eye of Roundhead’s Paddy Hill.
More glam. More production. More sure. More more.
Now it’s all dolled up and ready to perform to New Zealand for the first time. Loud.
Help yourself.
