Like some kind of diabolical, dance-igniting advent calendar, Tāmaki Makaurau's Grecco Romank have been steadily unleashing tracks from Shred Tower, officially out in full this coming Saturday. Reenvisioning tunes from the dungeon power techno trio's 2021 debut album Red Tower, the new collection showcases remixes by a sizzling hot array of Aotearoa production talents, including Keanu Raves, Keepsakes, Black Snake Whip (Loz from The Pleasure Majenta), Amamelia, Duo Alias, Mercedes Cambridge (the project of Nick Hart from Shocking Pinks), Karl Steven and Eeeling. The whole kit and caboodle releases on Saturday so we're a little ahead of the curve here, with tracks by Eden Burns and Ron Gallipoli still yet to drop, but you can tuck into 80% of Shred Tower right now.
