First announced in July of last year and initially envisioned as a 20th anniversary tour, before Covid threw a major spanner in the works, Dimmer's nationwide I Believe You Are A Star tour finally commenced last night at Te Whanganui-a-Tara's San Fran. Legendary helmsman Shayne P. Carter (Straitjacket Fits) was joined on stage by bandmates Gary Sullivan (JPSE), James Duncan, Louisa Nicklin, Neive Strang and Durham Fenwick (Green Grove, Guardian Singles), and supported by Proteins Of Magic who will be performing on every date of the tour.
