Ripship Return With Single 'Ripship Is Online'
Tāmaki Makaurau sonic voyagers Ripship are back with a pearler of a new tune named 'Ripship is Online', launched into the digital sonosphere just over two years since the release of their standout 2020 Greebles EP. Recorded and produced by Peter Ruddell (who also contributes sax), the band's Callum Lincoln and Eva-Rae McLean lay down a cosmic concoction of burbling synths, pulsing grooves and ear-blasting guitar / drums outbursts, as McLean speaks of interstellar journeys far beyond the realm of (post) human knowledge. Don't miss them at Whammy Bar with Sea Mouse and Makeshift Parachutes on 24th September — hit play and experience the duo's spacey promo / reaction video for the single below...
'Ripship Is Online' is out now on major streaming services.
