Stinky Jim Shares New Album 'Spacial Awareness'
Two long players in less than twelve months from Aotearoa dub pioneer Stinky Jim is what it's all about. Veteran host of 95bFM's massively impactful Stinky Grooves show for three decades, founder of the Round Trip Mars imprint and key member of bass-bin rattling crews Unitone HiFi, Soundproof and Phase 5, Stinky Jim today unleashes the second ever album under his own solo moniker Spacial Awareness. Featuring a collaboration with Jamaican dub poet George 'Nazamba' Scott (who passed away in July) on lead single 'Steam Fish', Spacial Awareness presents no less than twelve carefully constructed dubwise delights to move bodies and expand earholes, recorded in the production wizard's Tāmaki Makaurau studio and mixed / mastered in Ōtepoti. Hit play on the kaleidoscopic collection below and listen up..
