Violet French and The Horrible Announce Self-Titled Debut EP
Having gained devotees across Aotearoa with standalone student radio faves including 'Pop Pop Pop', Ōtautahi's Violet French and The Horrible have revealed their first official EP is launching in August via the champs at Melted Ice Cream. Announced late last week along with a re-release of snazzy jangle-fuzz ripper 'I Want the Sky To Be Crying', the new EP bundles together selected earlier singles with fresh tunes 'Been Too Busy Crying' and 'Unchecked Baggage' onto limited edition lathe-cut polycarbonate record of yet to be revealed size. Performing with rising pop songwriter Danica Bryant at darkroom in September, crossed fingers French and all-star bandmates Jamie Stratton (Kool Aid), Luke Towart (Wurld Series), Jonty O'Connor (Zane 2000), and Thomas Isbister (Cowboy Machine) will also have release gigs tucked up their sleeve to toast their five song creation— lock in your preorder HERE and peep the tracklist info below...
'Violet French and The Horrible' releases on Friday 5th August via Melted Ice Cream.
