Papaiti Records unveil another winner with the debut single from Welcomer, a five piece centred around Te Whanganui-a-Tara songwriter Miles Sutton. Featuring backing vocals by Shannen Petersen of shannengeorgiapetersen and fruit juice parade fame, the song's sweeping instrumentation includes Ox Lennon on drums, bass by both Eddie Crawshaw and Zac Sutton, flugelhorn by Tharushi Bowatte (Recitals), and label head James Stuteley (Carb on Carb, How Get) on samples.
