DARTZ Save Summer Tour Announced For January 2022
Pōneke's DARTZ have had one heck of a year, receiving the inaugural SRN Award for Favourite Group, touring during a global pandemic and being "unjustly robbed of the Silver Scroll by foolish APRA voters." Emboldened by musical success, 2022 is looking even brighter as Danz, Crispy, Rollyz and Clark Mathews are about to tackle their most important mission yet: to Save Summer on a whopping nationwide tour of Aotearoa this January. You don't want to miss the self-proclaimed "high-functioning entertainment machine delivering the most energetic live set of party punk bangers that any band across the motu has to offer" when they bust out such singalong anthems as 'High At The Beach', 'Toyota Corolla' and 'You Can't Beat Wellington On A Good Day' in venue near you. Cop tickets while you can and keep your ears alert for more support band details to be announced...

Press release:
The band from Wellington, New Zealand. The best band in Aotearoa. Crispy, Rollyz, Clark, and Danz. The Student Radio Network's inaugural Favourite Group of 2021. Unjustly robbed of the Silver Scroll by foolish APRA voters. You may know them by many a name, but to all they are simply DARTZ: a high-functioning entertainment machine delivering the most energetic live set of party punk bangers that any band across the motu has to offer.
Having tackled every problem that 2021 threw at them with Conrad Smith-like precision, DARTZ are heading back out on the road in January 2022 with one mission in mind: to save summer, months before Six60 said they'd get round to the job in April.
DARTZ fans can expect a cracking headline set packed full of classic DARTZ singalong anthems, mosh-ready new bangers, and a solid minute of semi-improvised banter about the quality of local beer in your city.
