The Others Way Festival Rescheduled To January 2022
Given the current mini-tidal wave of postponement announcements in Aotearoa, it comes as little surprise new dates have been revealed for the massively anticipated The Others Way festival. Always an uncontested highlight of Tāmaki Makaurau's annual event calendar, the multi-venue extravaganza has been confirmed for Saturday 29th January 2022 during Auckland Anniversary Weekend, rescheduled to a time when hopefully gigs are safer for everyone to attend. Hats off to The Others Way team for ensuring such a large scale celebration of NZ's most adventurous local talents can still take place, here's the updated info below — all UTR ticket holders will be emailed direct with updated details...
The organisers acknowledge the forthcoming vaccine passport system: "Please note, The Others Way festival will follow The New Zealand government mandate around the use of vaccine passports at large events. This is a positive development towards ensuring that live music and festivals go ahead this summer, if you wish to attend The Others Way, you will need to be vaccinated https://bookmyvaccine.covid19.health.nz/. We all want to party and have fun safely, so if you haven’t already been vaxxed, please consider doing so today!"
