Troy Kingi and The Nudge Share Single 'He Ōrite'
Barely a month on from releasing Black Sea Golden Ladder, the fifth album in his 10 10 10 Series, and Troy Kingi has joined creative forces with Pōneke psych stalwarts The Nudge on ripping new track 'He Ōrite'. Although Kingi is touring album number five with Delaney Davidson this August, he's getting the jump on project number six with the new Te Reo drop, delivering a single, video (out next week) and behind the scenes in one big bonus package. While The Nudge drummer Iraia Whakamoe (Tūhoe) is a long time collaborator of Kingi's, this is the first time he's working with the full Nudge trio, and the driving, groove-laden 'He Ōrite' is an exciting hint of what's to come.
