The closest you'll get to the beauty of that long-gone natural phenomena is the new project and self-titled album from Aotearoa-born multi-instrumentalist / producer PAWS+, Pink & White Terraces. Lead single 'Lost Brothers (Tuākana Ngaro)' has been sitting pretty in the student charts since it's release a month back, and the full six track collection is a continuation of lush soundscapes and life-affirming, wailing guitar. The LP is out on NZ / Berlin label Fantasy Fiction Records (who've also given us ace records from Aporia, Thought Creature, February Montaine and more) both digitally and on limited edition 10" lathe cut vinyl, just as ephemeral as the terraces themselves.
