DARTZ Drop Summer Anthem 'BATHSALTS'
There might just be something to DARTZ's humble claim that they're the "best band in Aotearoa." The Pōneke party punks tackle the important issue of drug checking at festivals head on with their rowdy summer anthem 'BATHSALTS' — articulating how it's in everyone's best interests to know if that mysterious powder you may have bought before before the big Dave Dobbyn show is actually 100% bath salts or not. Equally importantly, the tune's accompanying cover artwork is the result of intensive research, where Dobbo-obsessed bassist Clark Mathews tracked down the original site of the iconic Loyal album cover, now located underwater near Cromwell, flew to Queenstown, and waded into the Clutha River for an inspiring snap (subbing out the original's Lion Brown for a can of Speights). It goes without saying you owe it to yourself to catch them touring throughout Aotearoa over the next month, they've even thrown in a free DARTZ lighter with presale tickets to help spark up the good times. Grip the deets and soak up 'BATHSALTS' below...
