K M T P 'P.S. C U Soon' EP Release Show Announced
While we've made it to 2021, hopefully in one piece and enjoying some summer sun, there's still a bit of catching up to be done in relation to stink old 2020 playing loosey-goosey with everyone's live show / release party schedules. Released back in August via Sunreturn and rightfully regarded as a local highlight of an otherwise messed up year, K M T P aka Keria Paterson's big-hearted debut collection P.S. C U Soon receives a long-awaited celebratory launch event at Tāmaki Makaurau's The Wine Cellar in mid-February, where the former Polyester member's new project will be supported by friends Chewy Gum and Babyteeth. Toss those 2020 blues in the trash and sing along with K M T P's emotionally fearless anthems on 13th February...

K M T P is the musical project of Keria Paterson, a musician and songwriter currently based in Auckland. Keria didn’t discover music at a particular point in their life, it was always there, whether it was attending Flying Nun gigs with family as a kid and starting to sing and play guitar and piano at an early age. At high school, they connected with other passionate musicians and added bass and keyboards/synths to his repertoire, as well as beginning to experiment with recording and live music production.
Before starting their own solo projects as K M T P, Paterson played with Auckland indie faves Polyester, as well as with Ethan Moore’s “bedroom stadium pop” project Dirty Pixels. P.S. C U Soon has been a DIY labour of love that shows that Keria Paterson has talent to burn.
