Melodownz Drops Single / Video 'Big Deals' Feat. Diggy Dupé

Kava Corner host, 2020 Aotearoa Music Award finalist and all round Avondale hip-hop whizz Melodownz delivers fresh hype track 'Big Deals' in time for the weekend, bookending the year with his second single of 2020 and red-hot April cut 'Fine'. 'Big Deals' gets production polishing from 20KDON and Smoke, and features fellow Tāmaki-based bar-slinger Diggy Dupé in the mix, who also nails a cameo in the first-class Connor Pritchard directed video. The clip tours around classic Auckland landmarks the Sky Tower, Dale the Spider, and the Avondale train station, with Melodownz and his entourage taking the party with them wherever they go. Huge props to whoever's idea it was to have the quintessential rap video raining cash — love to see our Sir Apirana Ngata and Ernest Rutherford banknotes represented.
