Listen To Adelaide Cara's Ode To Ōtepoti 'Eden'
For Adelaide Dunn (Milpool, Repulsive Woman), completing their honours degree and hunkering down for the Aotearoa lockdown has found them with the debut Adelaide Cara album in their hands. How Does This Sound? will be released next year via independent Ōtepoti label Trace / Untrace, featuring a chunky list of Dunedin musicians in the credits, including Dunn's Milpool bandmates Hamish Morgan and Josh Howley, Koizilla's Connor Blackie, and Olive Butler, who Dunn worked with on Repulsive Woman's LP Relief. The latest taste from the album is 'Eden', Adelaide Cara's second single and love song to their Southern hometown Ōtepoti, which they aptly describe as "a small country town disguised as a big city". Get a big ol' crush on goth town Dunedin in the infectiously joyful DIY clip for 'Eden' here...
Adelaide Cara's debut album 'How Does This Sound?' is out late 2021 via Trace / Untrace Records.
