Introducing NahBo, the solo project from Pōneke-based Taranaki Ah Young-Grace (Ngāti Ruanui / Ngāti Tūwharetoa) of Whaea & The Rumble fame. Their debut single 'Woof' is out now with help from local imprint Empty Goon Records, and it packs a hell of a punch. The musical equivalent of arriving to the party in a monster truck, 'Woof' lets listeners know that NahBo is not to be underestimated and isn't putting up with anyone's shit. Mantra "Fuck 'em if they're nice, but refuse to be corrected" paired with their artist bio "sad about colonisation, then makes beats about it" makes for an exciting new voice on the scene, spitting their truths on politics, racism and "the boys in blue".
