In extremely welcome news for Aotearoa's live music community, Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern revealed that Auckland will be joining the rest of the country in moving to Alert Level 1 this week, making the shift at 11.59pm, Wednesday 7th October. The announcement came along with a message to New Zealanders to remain vigilant and keep using the NZ Covid Tracer app to help minimise potential future outbreaks.
Being based in Tāmaki Makaurau, we could not be more stoked! We encourage everyone to get out there this weekend and support the champs who run our live venues by heading along to a live gig or three. Check out what's happening via our ever-reliable UTR Gig Guide HERE.
