Road To Nowhere National Tour Announced Ft. Goya, Soft Plastics + Friends
The hard-working Eyegum collective have pulled one out of the bag to help get Aotearoa's live music community buzzing again. Drumming up excitement for their annual outdoor Welcome To Nowhere festival, they've announced a six stop Road To Nowhere national tour showcasing the sounds of Pōneke favourites Soft Plastics and Goya (fka Church Of Goya), plus more musical buds including Space Bats Attack! and Bathysphere, hitting venues from Dunedin to Whanganui and beyond. The proactive spirit of October's tour recalls the legendary monthly A Low Hum tours of the early to mid '00s, which presented a different selection of bands in venues throughout Aotearoa every month, expanding audiences and opening up new networks for artists as a result. Take in the details for Road To Nowhere below and start planning your summer camping outfit for Welcome To Nowhere, happening "somewhere outside of Whanganui" over Waitangi Weekend from 6th to 7th February next year..
