Not even a global pandemic can stop JessB's rise in 2020. Amongst the Tāmaki-based rapper's many achievements this year alone, she was a Taite Music Prize finalist, performed online alongside a megastar-studded lineup for NTS Radio's radio festival Remote Utopias, dropped two killer cuts with all-African Aotearoa hip hop crew BLKCITY, and continued to bring much-needed diversity to our dance floors via her work with queer / trans / non-binary POC / WOC club night FILTH AKL.
