The Phoenix Foundation Share 'Tranquility' Ft. Hollie Fullbrook, Jeff Henderson
It's been a big year for Wellingtonians The Phoenix Foundation, with their loveable classic album Buffalo hitting a milestone worthy of reissue, and the Buffalo 10 Year Anniversary Edition hitting shelves with bonus unreleased recordings. A few months on, and there are still more songs coming, which vocalist Luke Buda explains as multi-instrumentalist and band member Conrad Wedde having "about 1000 tracks just sitting around waiting for Sam [Samuel Scott] and I to put words to". Today's TPF gift is aptly named 'Tranquility', featuring clarinet from composer Jeff Henderson and additional vocals courtesy of Tiny Ruins' Hollie Fullbrook. Have a moment of meditation with this delightful collaboration...
'Buffalo 10 Year Anniversary Edition' is out now via Universal Music New Zealand.
