The brain child of Sam Moore (Bad Energy, Invisible Threads) and fronted by Tāmaki Makaurau-based Japanese vocalist Yuko Miyoshi, emerging five piece Memory Foam generate extreme heat with their ripper of a debut single 'Burn Up'. Charging out of lockdown with a sci-fi punk overload of tangled strings, frenzied drums, overdriven synth squiggles and hyperactive bi-lingual vocals, 'Burn Up' will slap any lingering case of The Mondays right out of ya. Catch Memory Foam in action with Guardian Singles and Ripship on Friday 17th July at Whammy Bar, and prep your ears with 'Burn Up' here...
