With all the weirdness 2020 has brought us and it's not even June yet, a new Deerhoof album is just what the doctor ordered. The long-running San Francisco avant-rock gang's first album in three years, Future Teenage Cave Artists is positively teeming with off-kilter guitars, jittery rhythms and heavenly vocals courtesy of singer / bassist Satomi Matsuzaki, making everyone else look like a straight up bunch of squares by comparison.
