Live Strung Venue Fundraiser Announced Ft. Hans Pucket, Dateline, Soaked Oats + More
The outpouring of love from Aotearoa's community for our currently still closed venues has been nothing less than inspirational, but we're not out of the woods yet, as our gig culture still faces significant challenges moving forward into an uncertain future. While live music spaces will start to reopen from this coming Thursday, capacity will be strictly limited, seating is required and conditions including contact tracing will be the rule of thumb. Local collective Low Strung are here to lend a hand with a livestream fundraiser event showcasing a selection of our rising stars on Sunday 24th May – including Soaked Oats, Dateline and Hans Pucket – handily timed so as not to clash with this weekend's historic first wave of live shows. Total profits will go towards the Save Our Venues initiative, with each act nominating a specific venue's Boosted campaign to support. Take in the details right here...
