A hugely exciting announcement from the summer break period is the imminent launch of NZ Electro 2020, a forthcoming document of robo-dance sounds bubbling up from Aotearoa's underground, featuring tracks by local producers Go Nuclear, Holk Hogon, Fray Mysterio, DJ PG/VG, Amamelia and Wormfarm. Releasing as a limited edition 12" vinyl disc via Berlin / Manchester-based imprint INDEX:Records in mid-February, NZ Electro 2020's first single showcases the ominous yet energising futuristic grooves of 'Isotonik' from Tāmaki Makaurau duo DJ PG/VG, aka the collaborative computer music project of Peach Milk and Green Grove.
