MF/MP Release New Collections By Ov Pain & Kraus

Tāmaki Makaurau-based experimental imprint mf/mp have dished up a pair of immersive releases from two of Aotearoa's finest: DIY figurehead Kraus and expat sci-fi sonic adventurers OV PAIN. The "almost-characterisable" six track collection from Kraus, sporting the excellent title of Valley of the Gourds, offers listeners an electronics-driven deep dive into the artist's carefully crafted mystic realms – come for the alluring 'Kraus's Love Theme' and stay for the sixteen minute 'Destroy All Hearing'. Now based in Melbourne, OV PAIN's NOTHING IMMUNE is a four track excursion into time travelling dronescapes, Lost Highway sax flourishes, haunted ambience and hammering post-industrial tekno.
