Tamaki Mākaurau's k m t p Drops Debut Single 'I Love My Friends'
Tamaki Mākaurau all-rounder and lover of friends, Keria Paterson (b-lush, Polyester) has dropped their first single as k m t p. After a mysterious social media teaser post last week on a freshly launched k m t p Facebook page, 'I Love My Friends' has been launched into the digital music sphere, formalising both the new project and Paterson’s affinity for their pals. Mixed by Amelia Berry (Amamelia, Fimo) and mastered by Jonathan Pearce (The Beths), the track is as lovely as the name suggests, a warming, lofi bedroom-pop track with a delightful bed of twittering birds under lyrics like "I really like you and I hope you like me too" and "It's been too long, I hope it doesn't come to an end". Have a listen and immediately forward 'I Love My Friends' to all your friends…
