Wellington's Dartz Drop DIY Video '40 Riddiford Street'
Pōneke punks DARTZ have unleashed a singalong anthem railing against the inherent injustices of Aotearoa's contemporary rental market. Titled '40 Riddiford Street', the new single illustrates in detail the average living conditions of your everyday beer-loving tenant over party-starting riffs channeling the storytelling spirit of recent visitors The Chats – featuring such on-point lines as "an apple a day keeps the asbestos away" and "900 a week to live like we're squatting". It's hard to imagine the emerging outfit won't be super fun live, you can check them out for yourself as they tear it up around the North Island on a release tour for their upcoming debut No Matter Whatz EP this August.
