Featuring five tracks recorded between 2015 and 2017, and sequenced in reverse chronological order, my baby / former self documents Banal's development as an electronic pop artist. Opener and most recently recorded track 'u don't stop the beat' is a dazed banger, showcasing Banal's knack for emotionally resonant lyricism (with a vocal delivery at times reminiscent of the Pet Shop Boys) and catchy hook action.
